After more than 40 hours in transit (truck, waiting at the airport, flying, waiting, flying, driving, etc) I am home!!!
I'm trying to keep myself awake at least until 8pm.

- This blog is about my trip to the DR Congo to volunteer with a group called EMI (engineering ministries international). I worked with engineers and architects to plan a village to provide homes for widows and orphans. The project consisted of about 20 homes, a school, a medical clinic, a vocational school, ministry training center, a community center/church, agricultural areas, playgrounds, and other things!
